Zreig was born in 1996 and
was the first filly produced by Amer.
She is a compact mare with correct
conformation who was most genuine and
she won four races before being retired
to stud. Her first foal, a filly by
Djebbel, was born in Qatar in
January 2002 and Zreig
actually won the Umm Qarn Cup over 1200m
in Qatar in April 2001 while carrying
this foal.
